No matter if a piece of equipment looks as if it is only cosmetically damaged after a fire, many years of experience shows that corrosive  substances penetrates into the equipments vital parts. Usually containing hydrochloric acid, which among other tings occur when burning Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC), which can not immediately be fund evidence of when testing the equipment.

In our restoration of technical equipment, we will always try to optimise the relation between quality, price and time of the restoration. The advantages  of restoration compared to purchase is, that it is often faster and cheaper to recondition, since the production can resume more rapidly after a damage. AREPA plans the reconditioning in a manner that takes the customers production plans into consideration.

The restoration process at AREPA ensures a complete restoration of the equipment. It means that also production dust, oil and fat, tobacco smoke, which was deposited in the equipment before the damage, will be removed. Equipment restored by AREPA will usually be returned in a better state than before the damage.

The restoration process includes:

- Analysis of the extent of the damage and its causes
- Decontamination
- Registration
- Complete dis-assembly
- Cleaning
- Drying
- Repairs where necessary
- Re-assembly
- Testing
- Installation
