- We have imposed a standard process in place to monitor the health of our employees and clients. They precautions will happen daily as a preventive measure on all job sites.
- In relation to on-site inspections, we are and will continue to be in contact with our clients to ensure that we are aware of any special conditions or circumstances that should be addressed.
- In emergency cases involving business interruption, we will assess the situation as best as possible. If any obstacles arise in relation to mitigating the loss, we will work with the client as efficiently as possible to offer the best service.
- In cases of non-emergency damage, we will work with our clients to find a solution that is in the best interest of everyone involved. Solutions include utilizing video conferencing apps and in certain cases, postponing on-site inspections for the time being.
