Jesse van Leersum

Andrea has worked for AREPA for over 19 years* and is the Managing Director for AREPA Inspexx out of the Amersfoort, Netherlands office.

Based out of the Silkeborg office, Claus has been part of the AREPA family for over 22 years and is currently an electronics technician and project manager. Prior to joining AREPA, Claus worked in an electronics workshop. His great interest in technology and the ability to collaborate with colleagues has kept Claus motivated to continue working in this industry.

Dino joined AREPA in February 2022 and currently serves as the Global Executive Vice President, where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of AREPA’s global operations.

Eric has been with the company for over 23 years and is based out of AREPA’s Columbus, Ohio office. He serves as a project manager on large scale assignments where he evaluates high-tech electronic, electrical and mechanical equipment that was impacted as a result of fire, water or other debris contamination.

Joining AREPA more than 20 years ago as a technical specialist, Erik now serves as a team leader working out of the company’s Amersfoort office helping clients get back up and running after a loss.

Graag stellen we onze Scope 10 Inspecteur Evert van de Glind aan u voor! Hij is bijna 2,5 jaar werkzaam voor AREPA Inspexx en is al geruime tijd in bezit van zijn Scope 8 en 10 diplomering en certificering. Evert volgt momenteel de Scope 12 opleiding om in het najaar nog zelfstandig inspecties uit te kunnen voeren aan de zonnestroominstallaties. U kunt Evert tegenkomen op de werklocaties in het midden en zuiden van het land.

Frank became a Sales Engineer for the Central North American region at AREPA in August 2023. He has devoted his entire professional career to sales and engineering and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Finance degree from the University of Dayton.

Gijs has been with AREPA for over 35 years and works out of the company’s Amersfoort office as a team leader.

Hank began with AREPA Inspexx in August of 2020 as a Sales Team Advisor. He has since been promoted to Technical Operations Director. 

Inger joined the AREPA Nordics team in January 2024 as the Operations Manager of AREPA Norway. With a robust background in the insurance industry, boasting seven years of experience, and an additional five years as a department manager in the damage restoration sector, Inger brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Based in Stavanger, the AREPA Norway office includes both an office and workshop, from which we efficiently serve clients across the entirety of Norway. Inger's strategic leadership and extensive experience are invaluable assets as we continue to provide top-tier restoration services to our local clients.

Isa (Tj) is an electrical engineer with 24 years of technical experience troubleshooting and repairing electronics. He currently serves as an equipment specialist on large-scale assignments where his responsibilities include assessment and decontamination of medical, electronic, industrial and manufacturing equipment, supervision of restoration specialists and contractors as team lead, and technical testing/repair, were applicable, to ensure that production can resume with minimal downtime.

Jesse joined AREPA in 1991 and fulfills the role of Managing Director AREPA Benelux. He works from the head office in Amersfoort.

Marcel has worked for AREPA Inspexx since 2015 and is a Project Manager out of the Amersfoort, Netherlands office.

Mark joined the AREPA team in December of 2020 as Regional Sales Manager for the Nordics. In this role, Mark is responsible for managing the overall sales efforts for AREPA in the Nordic region supporting the efforts and strategy of the global sales team.

Mark is a project manager with over twenty-five years of experience working on large loss restoration projects. In this position, he is responsible for managing projects involving technical equipment restoration in various industries, including but not limited to medical, IT telecom, food processing, and manufacturing.

As the Nordic Regional Managing Director, Martin will oversee the operations of AREPA’s Nordic offices, serving clients throughout Sweden, Denmark, and Norway while partnering with AREPA’s Senior Leadership team to best position the Company for continued growth and expansion. Martin has over two decades of senior leadership experience in commercial property claims and large loss management. 

Michael works as a technician out of AREPA’s Silkeborg office and has been with the company for over 25 years restoring a wide range of equipment.

Nico den Hartog is a Technical Account Manager for AREPA Benelux with ten years of experience in international technical sales and account management. In this role, Nico will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients to ensure business continuity through AREPA’s preventive maintenance services.

Pepijn joined the AREPA Inspexx division in 2012 when the company he worked for at that time (Argus), merged with AREPA. Over the years, his position has evolved from primarily being an electrical safety trainer, to a trainer/consultant on electrical and machine safety, to his current position as QHSE Manager for AREPA and AREPA Inspexx.

Peter started his AREPA journey over 35 years ago as an electro/mechanic apprentice. Today, Peter mostly serves as a freelance project manager but still makes his way on site to lend a hand as a technician.

Working out of the company’s Stockholm office, Robert serves as Centre Manager and senior project manager spending a good portion of his time out on job sites. Prior to rejoining AREPA in 2018, Robert was in charge of technical recovery at Corvara.

Ruth joined AREPA in 2021 and serves as Operations Coordinator. In this role, she serves as the team point of contact in handling the logistics and project setup for AREPA North America, while assisting with and meeting the team's and client's deadlines. 

Sarah joined AREPA in 2018. With over a decade of experience in accounting, Sarah is the Head of Finance and Administration for Sweden out of the company’s Stockholm office.

Scott joined AREPA in May of 2022. He fulfills the Managing Director role for North America, where he will lead all aspects of our North America management, operations, and sales efforts.

Tom is an electrical engineer with 20 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management. He serves as a project manager on large-scale assignments where he evaluates high-tech electronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment that was impacted as a result of fire, water, or other debris contamination. Many aspects of this position touch on the variety of industries he previously worked in as a Plant Engineer, Maintenance Manager, and Consultant.

Tom Plotner is a director of operations with 24 years of experience in project engineering and management. Mr. Plotner oversees the operations and logistics of all divisional projects with AREPA, while pursuing new and existing clients, manufacturers, and vendors to build and maintain relationships. During his tenure at AREPA, Tom has successfully contributed to projects that have resulted in millions of dollars in indemnity accuracy for AREPA's clients.
